About Shapes Footwear inserts.

Thin, removable footbed inserts designed to sit under the heel and midfoot of suitable shoes.

The current HYROX Edition uses Flexzone and Torzone structures to provide a flexible underfoot reference during runs and stations.
Shapes lists an approximately 2.9 mm thickness and 30 g weight, and says the inserts can be washed and moved between compatible shoes.

Before you buy: The athlete source does not identify an edition. The HYROX Edition is an example; Shapes sizes by heel-to-ball length rather than normal shoe size.
